CIPE worked with partner organization IDIS in Moldova to strengthen the election process in this newly democratic country by supporting its first ever presidential debate on the economy. Close to 300,000 citizens watched the debate, giving them the opportunity to hear the candidates speak and hold them accountable in the future.
