Janessa serves as Center for International Private Enterprise Philippines office operations and finance associate.

Janessa provides day-to-day administrative and financial management support to CIPE’s office operations in the Philippines. She has more than 10 years’ experience working as an advocacy and research specialist at the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI), the country’s largest business organization, where she supported policy reform initiatives in areas such as taxation, regulatory reform, corporate governance, industry competitiveness and SME development. She also served as program associate of PCCI’s trade policy think tank, the Universal Access to Competitiveness and Trade (U-ACT), where she managed books of accounts of U-ACT’s program funds from partners such as UK-Foreign Commonwealth Office, Canadian Embassy, USAID, and International Trade Centre (ITC). She also previously served as audit and finance consultant of several business process outsourcing (BPO) companies.

She earned her B.S. in Business Administration major in Management from Eulogio Rodriguez Institute of Science and Technology (EARIST). She is a certified financial management professional under the School of Executive Education and Lifelong Learning (SEELL) at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM).
