Seif El Khawanky is the Deputy Program Director for CIPE Egypt. He works intensively on portfolio of diverse economic and business development programs such as, but not limited to, transition to a cashless economy, development of the online industrial reform agendas, transparency and anti-corruption, and promoting entrepreneurship programs. Prior to joining CIPE, Seif had experience working for the Ministry of State for Administrative Development (MSAD) as International Relation Specialist. In this capacity, he coordinated the implementation of various programs such as e-government, government procurement reforms, and institutional and administrative development. Additionally, Seif was a columnist with focus on institutional and economic reforms such as Tahrir and AlMasry AlYoum. Seif studied political economy, international law, professional development, and history at the American University in Cairo.
