Oumaima Ben Aljia

Program Associate, Tunisia

Oumaima Ben Aljia is a program associate for CIPE’s Tunisian office. She works to implement CIPE programming in Tunisia addressing issues of business advocacy and policy reform, anti-corruption, business association development, and women’s economic empowerment. She also provides administrative support and day-to-day follow-up with CIPE and local associations and stakeholders. Oumaima received her Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Tunisia and she studied a year of Management license in Poland getting a scholarship from her University, she also has a Master’s degree in Banking and International Finance. Before CIPE, she worked part-time as a financial assistant at Collège Lasalle Tunis, and also in customer service with Vistaprint. She speaks Arabic, French, conversational English.
