Lasha Khonelidze is a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist for the Europe and Eurasia team. He provides and oversees M&E support for projects in Georgia, Moldova, Azerbaijan, and Central Asia countries. Lasha has over 6 years of experience in international development program evaluation with the UN Specialized Agencies IFAD and FAO, the World Bank and over 10 years in project management in national and international NGO organizations and agribusiness. He has worked on integrated programs with multiple thematic interventions such as agricultural and rural development, rural finance and institutions, value chain, food security and nutrition, livelihoods, and economic resilience. He holds an MA degree in Economics from Binghamton University, USA as an Edmund S. Muskie Graduate Fellow.
