Julia Chang, Assistant Controller, manages and supports GATF project related financials at the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE). She works with programmatic staff on the trade team in close collaboration, and engages in project activities. She is passionate about applying and sharing solid accounting and finance expertise with the team. With her accountability and diligence, this project’s annual audit has remained clean since its inception.
Chang has been a Certified Public Accountant for over 10 years. Prior to Joining CIPE, Chang practiced in the private sector as a Senior Accountant for payables, payrolls, budgeting, and forecast. She holds two Masters degrees: in Science of Accounting and Business Advisory Services from the University of Baltimore, and in Science of Social Work from Hongkong University.
