Felix Hesse

Felix is a Program Associate for Africa at the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE). He is currently working on CIPE’s regional trade projects, particularly on the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) and supports CIPE’s programs in Nigeria.
Prior to CIPE, Felix worked for German Development Cooperation (GIZ) as a project manager in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, supporting the African Union Commission in their efforts to negotiate and implement the AfCFTA. Felix holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Marburg, Germany and a Master of International Economics from the Berlin School of Economics and Law.
