Felix Hesse

Felix is an Associate Program Officer for Africa at the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE). He is currently working on CIPE’s regional trade projects, corrosive & constructive capital and supporting CIPE’s country offices in Nigeria and Ethiopia.

Prior to CIPE, Felix worked for German Development Cooperation (GIZ) as a project manager in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, supporting the African Union Commission in their efforts to negotiate and implement the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA). Felix holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Marburg, Germany and a Master of International Economics from the Berlin School of Economics and Law.
