Felix is a Program Officer for Africa at the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE), where he focuses on advancing accountable investment and regional trade across the continent. He collaborates closely with CIPE’s country offices in Nigeria and Ethiopia to support and strengthen their local programs and initiatives

Prior to CIPE, Felix worked for German Development Cooperation (GIZ) as a project manager in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, supporting the African Union Commission in their efforts to negotiate and implement the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA). Felix holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Marburg, Germany and a Master of International Economics from the Berlin School of Economics and Law.
