Carter works as a Program and Administrative Associate on GATF projects and Operations where he assists with trade facilitation projects in Ecuador, Zambia and Malawi. Carter grew up in Cedartown, Georgia and received his Bachelor’s degree from Mercer University where he studied International Affairs. Carter currently attends the Bush School of Government and Public Service in DC where he is pursuing his Masters. Most recently Carter worked at the American Institute for Economic Research as a Programs Assistant. In that role he assisted in the development and implementation of academic programs and events.
