Alan Chen is an Associate Program Officer for Asia at CIPE. In his current role, he provides programmatic, administrative, and research support for several projects and country portfolios across the East and Southeast Asia region.
He holds a MA in International Affairs from Texas A&M University, specializing in International Development and Economic Policy, with a focus on East Asia and a BA in International Studies from American University.
