The Labor Legislation Guidebook for Georgian Employers provides an overview for Georgian employers on the new labor legislation passed by the Georgian Parliament in 2020.

The brochure provides an overview of important updates related to the Labor Code, including changes to general provisions, bylaws, juvenile labor, women’s labor, employment agreements, competition, renumeration, working hours, part-time work, trial periods, internships, termination of employment contracts, and disputes between parties.

The guide was developed by the Center for International Private Enterprise and the Solidarity Center under their joint “Engaging Workers and Civil Society to Strengthen Labor Law Enforcement” project as a part of “Safe Business Is Your Choice” awareness raising campaign. The text of the brochure was prepared in cooperation with Ekaterine Kardava, Doctor of Law, Jean Monnet Professor, and Head of the Association “European Time.”

The brochure is available for download in English, Georgian, Armenian, and Azerbaijani.
