In order to capture the potential of the dramatic increase in the youth population, new policies need to be developed in an inclusive manner. Today’s youth are tomorrow’s business leaders and elected officials. A well-crafted set of policies developed with the input of youth is critical for the future success of many developing nations. This paper gives advice on how to meet the policy demands in a more holistic approach that ensures youth become involved in every step of the process, as well as recognizing the pressing challenges that must be addressed by the younger generation in order for them to grow and thrive.
