Youth Leadership Conference 2021

9.28.2021, 12:00AM

CIPE is expanding its support for youth engagement and thought leadership. In many countries, education and employment options are even more limited now due to the COVID pandemic. At CIPE’s September 28 Global Youth Leadership Conference, CIPE Youth Leaders from five countries shared their progress on advocacy campaigns and projects to prompt change. Their efforts are drawing much attention and praise. Business at OECD Executive Director Hanni Rosenbaum, who delivered the keynote address, offered this encouragement: “Show the way for governments around the world […] what they have to do for youth”, she said. Rosenbaum’s remarks, the event panel discussion, and presentations are posted below. CIPE has also numerous blogs and resources outlining its youth leadership program and how those efforts are changing lives.
