On Wednesday, June 3rd CIPE Senior Consultant Carmen Stanila will present Part 1 of a 2-part series on revenue-raising for associations during COVID-19. The event will focus on adapting revenues to the new work environment and ways to diversify streams of revenues from traditional models. The webinar will discuss supply and demand of services from an analysis of core competencies of associations (supply side) and identify and respond to members’ needs (demand side).
Carmen Stanila, CIPE Senior Consultant
Carmen Stanila is an international organizational management expert with over fifteen years of experience related to professional associations, chambers of commerce, women’s organizations and private sector coalitions in Romania, the Balkan and Caucasus regions and Africa. She is currently serving as Senior Consultant with CIPE. Her areas of expertise include nonprofit organization management, public policy advocacy, coalition building, women empowerment, business plan development and training of trainers. She has worked as a project manager, trainer, mentor and evaluator in international projects supported by the United States Agency for International Development, National Endowment for Democracy, World Bank Institute, European Commission and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
