CIPE’s Colombia Country Office and the Center for Digital Economy and Governance (CDEG) are hosting the “Digital Transformation: Advancing Competitiveness of Local SMEs,” event on May 29 at 10:00 a.m. (EST), in Bogota, Colombia. The event will provide a 360-degree overview of the business ecosystem, challenges, and opportunities for digita
l transformation among Colombian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
CIPE will discuss the findings of a survey to understand the gaps in SMEs for technological adoption in Colombia with leaders from the Colombian government, private sector, and local SMEs. The event will feature CIPE’s Managing Director for Programs Abdulwahab Alkebsi; CDEG Director Louisa Tomar and Program Manager Adam Sachs; CIPE’s Colombia Program Director Angela Maria Velez; and Latin America & the Caribbean Senior Program Manager Tomas Mandl.
