CIPE seeks a qualified consultant or consortium to develop a Critical Minerals Governance Roadmap focused on mitigating governance, corruption, and transnational crime risks across critical mineral value chains in Africa, with an initial focus on 3T minerals (tin, tantalum, and tungsten) in high-risk contexts such as the Great Lakes Region. The roadmap may also draw on examples from other regions.
