Manila, Philippines, July 10, 2026 — The Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) and the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) formally launched Harnessing the Power of the Digital Economy – Digital Resources and Innovation for Vibrant Enterprises (HPDE-DRIVE). Programs like HPDE-DRIVE advance shared U.S.-Philippines economic interests by promoting innovation, entrepreneurship, and stronger commercial ties across the region.
HPDE-DRIVE is a nationwide initiative that will equip approximately 1,000 Filipino MSMEs with practical digital and AI-enabled business skills, mentorship, and access to trusted business networks through PCCI’s local chamber network. The partnership reflects a shared commitment to strengthening enterprise competitiveness, supporting innovation-driven growth, and expanding economic opportunities across the Philippines.
The launch ceremony was led by Andrew Wilson, Executive Director of CIPE, and Ferdinand “Perry” Ferrer, President of PCCI.
