CIPE Senior Consultant Carmen Stanila presented part 2 of her series on raising revenues for associations during COVID-19. Carmen builds from the first session by presenting data points from a recent COVID-19 impact survey and shares examples from across Africa of associations responding to COVID-19 creatively. Carmen Stanila is an international organizational management expert with over fifteen years of experience related to professional associations, chambers of commerce, women’s organizations and private sector coalitions in Romania, the Balkan and Caucasus regions and Africa. She is currently serving as Senior Consultant with CIPE. Her areas of expertise include nonprofit organization management, public policy advocacy, coalition building, women empowerment, business plan development and training of trainers. She has worked as a project manager, trainer, mentor and evaluator in international projects supported by the United States Agency for International Development, National Endowment for Democracy, World Bank Institute, European Commission and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
