The B5+1 Forum is a platform for public-private dialogue between the United States and the five Central Asian countries – Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan. Launched in 2024 by the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) with support from the U.S. Department of State, the forum complements the diplomatic C5+1 format by bringing together over 250 business leaders, policymakers, and experts to advance economic cooperation and policy reform.

The inaugural forum resulted in 21 actionable policy recommendations, some of which have already led to tangible reforms, such as tax simplification for SMEs and improved logistics for e-commerce. By facilitating dialogue and identifying commercial opportunities, the B5+1 Forum strengthens regional resilience, supports market-oriented reforms, and enhances U.S. engagement in a strategically important region.
