Vladyslav Stegniy

Program Associate

Vladyslav (Vlad) Stegniy is a Program Associate for Europe and Eurasia, focusing on Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Georgia. Vlad holds a master’s degree in Eurasian, Russian, and East European Studies from Georgetown University and a master’s degree in Political Science from the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. Vlad works on CIPE programming focused on advancing women’s economic empowerment, digital economy, and strengthening the advocacy capacity of business associations and chambers of commerce. Before his experience at CIPE, Vlad interned with the Eurasia divisions at the International Republican Institute and Freedom House. His native languages are Ukrainian and Russian.
