Tamara Kaphianidze has extensive working experience in the field of public-private dialogue, civil society organization (CSO) capacity development, and public relations. Currently, she acts as CIPE’s Business Association Development Expert for the USAID Economic Governance Program in Georgia, where she is responsible for building the capacity of private sector associations and CSOs. She assists organizations in developing and implementing customized action plans to improve sustainability.
Before joining CIPE in 2020, Tamara facilitated multi-stakeholder dialogue and collaboration between the state and CSOs to catalyze reforms and promote inclusive policymaking under the USAID Economic Security Program and the USAID Governing for Growth (G4G) in Georgia. Since 2016, she has also delivered lectures on political public relations at the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs.
