Sayed Muhibullah Hashmi is a Program Manager on the Middle East and North Africa team at CIPE. He primarily manages projects in Afghanistan, implementing economic development programs, developing small business grant programs to foster entrepreneurship, and managing a USAID-funded women’s economic empowerment program. In the past, Sayed has worked in operations for the World Bank and USAID. He obtained a B.A. in Business and Media from Bircham International University and an M.S.c in Logistics and Management from the University of Lugano. Sayed speaks English, Pashto, Dari, and Urdu.
