Mane Torosyan

Program Associate

Mané Torosyan is based in Yerevan, Armenia, where she works as CIPE’s Program Associate for Armenia. Mané works on a portfolio of projects in Armenia aimed at strengthening the capacities of Armenian business membership organizations to represent their members; enhancing the capacities of businesses to enter digital markets; and supporting women’s economic participation.

Mané holds a BA in Public Administration and a MA in Human Rights and Democratization from Yerevan State University. Since 2016, she has been actively engaged in civil society efforts to enhance evidence-based policymaking in Armenia, focusing on areas such as human rights and democratization, public health reforms, and gender issues, including domestic violence and women’s economic participation. Mané has authored or co-authored a dozen policy research and analytical reports, policy briefs, and opinion pieces. She has also managed several projects aimed at empowering youth and women and increasing their active participation in local communities.
