Jacques Liegeard

Jacques is a Program Associate on the Middle East and North Africa team at CIPE, working specifically with the Maghreb regional team. His portfolio and areas of focus include Tunisia and Libya. Jacques attended Georgetown University in the School of Foreign Service, earning a bachelor’s degree in international politics with a concentration in foreign policy and a minor in environmental studies. Prior to joining CIPE, Jacques interned at the National Security Career & Leadership Institute (NSCLI) supporting projects to expand career center infrastructure with the aim of diversifying workforces in government, international affairs, and national security. Before that, Jacques worked for a climate justice non-profit and for the Virgin Islands’ delegate to the House of Representatives, Congresswoman Stacey Plaskett.
