Hanna Wetters is the Program Officer for Africa at the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE), where she leads CIPE’s work on business advocacy and digital economy across sub-Saharan Africa. She is part of the Center for Strategic and International Studies Africa Policy Accelerator, and was the the 2018 Africa Fellow for Young Professionals in Foreign Policy. Prior to joining CIPE, Wetters worked on international campaigns and elections for a DC-based opinion research and consulting firm and previously spent time in Morocco working with a women’s social enterprise. She holds a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Michigan, where she also studied Business and French.
