Elena Padbury is a Program Associate for Latin America at the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) in Washington, D.C. Prior to joining CIPE, she worked in the private sector for a mining company in Santiago, Chile focusing on international finance, sustainability, environmental monitoring, and community outreach. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Boston University.
