Many countries, for example, primarily use simple mobile phones with only SMS capabilities.<\/p>\n<p>Next, consider conducting an inventory of your organization in terms of its capacity \u2013 what technology does the staff have access to and under what conditions, personnel expertise areas, financial resources, and time.
