CIPE’s East Africa Office organized an economic policy discussion among private sector representatives, academia and concerned government officials on the 10 Year’s Development Plan of Ethiopia.
The main focus of the discussion was assessing the strengths and gaps of the plan in terms of considering the issues of marginal economic actors, particularly women, youth, and informal economic actors. The very purpose of the discussion was to create awareness about the plan to partners and to collect inputs from participants on areas of improvement and provide feedback to the government.
