Held alongside the 2026 EITI Global Conference, this exclusive gathering will bring together Minerals Integrity & Resilience Alliance (MIRA) members and partners for a focused discussion on strengthening integrity and resilience across critical mineral supply chains. The meeting will feature the launch of Mine-to-Market Governance Risk Mapping: Africa Edition, a report co-authored with TDi Sustainability. Participants will examine emerging governance and integrity risks across critical mineral value chains and explore how governments, industry, and civil society can build more resilient, transparent, and secure supply chains in a rapidly evolving global market.

08:45 – 09:30 | Session 1: From Risk to Resilience: Launch of the Mine-to-Market Governance Risk Mapping: Africa Edition Report

This session will launch the Mine-to-Market Governance Risk Mapping: Africa Edition, co-authored with TDi Sustainability. The session will examine key findings on governance and integrity risks across tungsten and tantalum value chains, from extraction in the DRC and Rwanda through transport, processing, and international markets.

09:30 – 10:10 | Session 2: Building the Next Generation of Resilient Supply Chains

Building on the Africa risk mapping, this forward-looking session will examine how long-standing governance and integrity risks are being reshaped by a rapidly changing global minerals market, and what this means across different commodities, jurisdictions, and stages of the value chain.

10:10 – 10:15 | Next Steps

The closing segment will outline immediate next steps, future engagement opportunities, and invite participation in thematic working groups across the MIRA network.
