CIPE and VOA Analyze Ukraine’s New Anti-Corruption Court Law

Ukraine’s Parliament has just passed a groundbreaking anti-corruption law. The legislation calls for the creation of an anti-corruption court and is a necessary step to gaining much-needed aid from the International Monetary Fund. The IMF estimates that corruption reduces economic growth in Ukraine by nearly two percent each year.
