Weekly Update: LAC

Venezuela – CIPE partner the Center for the Dissemination of Economic Knowledge (CEDICE) and the Argentina-based Center for the Opening and Development of Latin America (CADAL) held an international roundtable for analysis on April 17. The event, entitled “Democracy, Market, and Transparency” was moderated by CADAL’s president and general director, and featured as speakers the director of the Caracas Chamber of Commerce and the executive director of Espacio Público, a Venezuelan NGO that focuses on human rights and freedom of expression.
