- John Stephens of the Washington, D.C.-based Global
Environment Fund, gave a hands-on overview of the competition
for global investments. He gave a candid assessment of weaknesses
that Russia must overcome before attracting significant
amounts of foreign investment.
- Stephen Deane, CIPE Senior Program Officer. He
moderated the final panel and was responsible for overall
organization of the event, in cooperation with the Russian
hosts.
