How Multi-Stakeholder Platforms Help Build an Enabling Environment for Business

In the latest Economic Reform Feature Service article, CIPE partner and Chief Executive Officer of the Kenya Association of Manufacturers (KAM) Betty Maina highlights the crucial role of multi-stakeholder platforms in an enabling business environment.

Appointed by the United Nations Secretary General to a High-Level Panel to advise on the global development agenda beyond 2015, Maina has helped shape the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In her speech at the 8th Global Workshop on Public-Private Dialogue in Copenhagen, Maina shared the Kenyan perspective on engaging in successful public-private dialogue.
