Step One: Carefully read through the grant guidelines and criteria.

Step Two: Submit a brief concept paper explaining the proposed project for CIPE staff to review. The purpose of this step is to ensure that the proposed project is in accord with CIPE's stated goals. You can email the concept paper to forum@cipe.org or mail it to the CIPE Washington Office.

Step Three: Once your concept paper has been approced, you can complete and submit the online Grant Application Form and Accounting Questionnaire. Or you may contact CIPE to request the application forms and Grant Guidelines be sent to you. Send an email to forum@cipe.org or call (202) 721-9200.
